I think I do. Your name sounds quite familiar to me :) I guess Prabin was also referring to your name when he was back in Nepal last month. Regarding your queries, FOSS Prime used to be quite active. If I'm not mistaken, it's been merged into Prime IT Club. We did a couple of programs with them last year, one of them being at IT Park, Banepa. We also have active community members from Open Source Community (OSC) Himalaya College of Engineering (http://osc.hcoe.edu.np/). Then we also have some very active community members from KEC Dhapakhel whom we can also see contributing online in the list.
