My Questions ? How can we say that Government needs a lot of support which will cost very high in long run, but i want to say that government staffs, who are being educated in the field of computer for operating computers in the Government offices are mostly Computer Dummies, who when taught FOSS in accordance to the Propriety Software will not be bothering, I think... Another Point is that, mostly new generations who are getting involved in the government offices are now somehow educated in the FOSS software and Technology, so that it will be more easy to implement FOSS, Migrating means not a magic, it is a long process, so if we wait for the time till there will be more people educated in the FOSS Technology, it will be late and will cost other more money, Since we can do now is: Getting starting to migrate the government data centres and other information Hubs into FOSS and then slowly migrating other Computers to the FOSS because most software in the FOSS are also user friendly and their UI are mostly like that of those Dummy Propriety software.
