Hello Sunoj, Well, We planned about a month ahead before the program, and everything went as planned. I personally was in touch the presenters, because I had to make sure the schedule is favorable to most if not all of them. So we planned to have it on saturday. Since, we focused mostly IOE participants, we went class by class to inform them about the event so that we could have as much participants as possible.
I would ask you the first thing you do, is plan ahead about the type of program you would like to have. If its just a orientation type of program, you can definitely have one or two presenters who can grab the attention of the audience and make a personal request to them for their availability. All the best for Kathford Fest.
