but int is not 2 bytes. Its arch and compiler dependent. it was 2 bytes in prehistoric systems like dos and turbo c (or other 16bit systems). this brings one important question. i was talking to my cousin and they are still taught using turbo C and dos while gcc (mingw/cygwin) has so much to offer for students. certainly helpful if we are going to compete with global workforce after graduation. just 2 cents. thanks. -- FOSS Nepal mailing list: [email protected] http://groups.google.com/group/foss-nepal To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] Mailing List Guidelines: http://wiki.fossnepal.org/index.php?title=Mailing_List_Guidelines Community website: http://www.fossnepal.org/
