usually clearing your cache would help. Ctrl + Shift + Del and delete all
the history.
But since you said you've tried with other browsers, this is a weird issue.
You could check the logs of apache. In linux usually the apache error logs
are in /var/log/apache2/error.log

Does it say anything?
