YES I admit it was a bad idea to blow my own trumpet here. I am sorry.
It wont happen again.

To answer Mr. Bibek Baudel's question ::

1. It is a piece of news about Linux.
2. It is an example of how work on Linux done in India can reach remote
corners of the world. It could be an example to follow, for some of my
young friends here.
3. I have been seeing postings in this mailing list, which give news
about Linux activities done elsewhere. I was only following the
procedure FOSS Nepal has been practising.
4. I am a teacher. It is my job to promote Linux/FOSS in every way I
can. That is why the Bulgarians (and many others worldwide) appreciate
what I do.
5. What I posted was only a link. The post or the link destination does
not carry anything offensive, or commercial, or of personal benefit.
6. I do publish in my blog. the work done by FOSS-Nepal. I thought a
reciprocal gesture (publishing about my blog, in FOSS-Nepal) should not
hurt.

If all this is not of relevance to this group or to Mr. Bibek Baudel, I
will step out of the group and not irritate you any further. Like I
said erlier, I am sorry. It wont happen again.
