hello everybody, I apologise first for posting out of topic [OT] query to this mailing list but this is important to me and I think I can get the answer here.
I got a job at Keane India. Recently my training got over and project work is going to be started. Since I am a Nepali, company needs verification that Nepalese are allowed to work in India without any work permit or so. Now they need something to refer where they can be sure of. Can anybody suggest how do I proceed with this ? Or which part of treaty/document/law I should show them for this verification.
