Hi All, Does anybody have Cyber law of Nepal? I need this urgently. I searched it on Web but as site for HLCIT is down I could not get it.
Moreover, I somehow got IT Policy 2067 and Electronic Transaction Act 2063 in Nepali version but could not get in English version. It will be great if you could provide me these.
