Hi,

Yes you can. The condition is, it has to be a manageable switch (i.e, it 
supports SNMP). You can get the port's traffic and switch's other stats be 
trended. But, for VLANs, I do not think a low end switch would provide you 
stats on those sub interfaces. You can get the generic interface stats graphed 
but for other statistics, it would depend on what vendor is it from and there 
is a case where you might have to write your own cacti templates.
