Hi Bishwo, You should install :
- *ibus* - ibus core and - *ibus-m17n* - Gerneal input engine bases on m17n library in your Fedora machine[1] for unicode traditional or romanized layout . After then you'll have to switch your input method to iBus[2] and in iBus choose the keyboard layouts as Nepali Traditional .Some implementation details are available here [3]. Hope that Helps .
