Glyph and phoneme are different thing. For example श्र is glyph and श्र are phonemes. 0936 + 094D and 0930 are Unicode code point and श्र is complex Nepali glyph. Thats why Adobe understand UTF -8 i.e 0936+094D and 0930 but does not understand श्र . If you want to enable श्र to Adobe you have to work on ICU 4 C and Pango rendering engine, Which is little bit tough job.
