I guess fossnepal.org was built on drupal. So if someone have access to the server, here are the possible solutions :
- Upgrade Drupal (which is best solution IMO) - add '@' sign in front of ereg(). This is not exactly the solution but hides the warning message (more info in php doc<http://php.net/manual/en/language.operators.errorcontrol.php>). coz ereg() is depricated in php 5.3 and will be completely removed in 6 (AFAIK) more discussion regarding this issue is here <http://drupal.org/node/514334> . hope this helps.
