Dear FOSSians, In continuation of our previous discussion regarding the preparation of the SFD Celebration 2012, Lets all meet on August 26, (this Sunday) 2012 at FOSS Nepal Office. We plan to begin at 3:30 PM after the Mozilla Nepal team's meeting will be over. And we plan to end the meeting by 5:00 PM or so.
Tentatively following is the outline, we will be observing. * * *FOSS Talk and SFD Preparation Meeting OUTLINE* Structure of Meeting (FOSS Talk and SFD Preparation Meeting) 1. *Orientation and talk about FOSS and its importance (30 minutes)* - This session will help us all new team members and other FOSSians to understand FOSS and come to common understanding about FOSS and its importance. Is there anyone who would volunteer to present about the FOSS and its importance and facilitate the follow up discussions, questions and answers? Any ONE SFD Preparation Meeting (60 Minutes) 1. *Review and Update- (5mins)* - Review by Team members who have participated in immediate past meeting 2. *SFD program and Update- (5mins)* - Review by Team members who have participated in immediate past meetings 3. *Propose SFD Event-(5 mins)* - Review by Team members who have participated in immediate past meeting 4. *Independent Team Work -(10 mins)* - All new team members and past participating members will seat down and discuss the plan 5. *Team Update and Support Request-(10mins)* - Update from these teams 6. *Document Update-(7 mins)* - Documentation and reporting, wiki update etc. 7. *Any other Business-(10 mins)* - Any other topics to be discussed or emerging from the meeting/team members 8. *Next meeting, Date , Venue-(5mins)* - discuss about the possible dates and venue and if possible finalize it as well.
