I think I create a confusion here, The problem is not the driver because the Samsung driver is installed but not responded by the USB.
The same USB detect and give print and scan commands in the Windows XP. But the Same USB does not detect Mobile, Digital Camera, Printer in the Ubuntu. [No Response] but the SD Card Reader works well.
