These initiatives and assignments mentioned above are being lead by one or a group of FOSSians, who show up and take the leadership themselves. Like, you had took initiation to build a new website of FOSS Nepal Community. This was a area which we were lacking since a while. And I feel the website you designed is awesome (and I fell, we should move it to the main site ASAP). Regarding who is maintaining / having access to the resources of the FOSS Nepal activities. How about creating a wiki page and creating a clear picture as well. Finally Meeting: Sure, that is very much necessary.
