Dear guys, We have seen the City hall. The venue is very expensive for the day. Also rather than one big room, we were looking for enough space to conduct various parallel events like open space, demo, troubleshooting, editathon, etc. Hence we think it will be both out of our pocket and requirement for SFD.
We also visited Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi. They have two halls (capacity 160-200 each), lobby for demo/exhibition, and open auditorium (chautara) outside the main building which we can use for inauguration and open space discussions. The cost might be within our budget as well. If you all have any other venue in your mind. Please suggest.
