It seems Ascol has some proposal defense that day, So it means we can only do program after 1 pm, which seems not feasible for most people here (as per other people, it would be better if we can conduct for 1st hour, so people can manage their personal work in rest hour)
What about gathering in Patan Campus? 8-9 am, we will do FOSS orientation and after it Can we do there preparation meeting?
