For this why not FOSS Nepal talks to isps and set up the a mirror for certain FOSS software Nirvikalpa, chitwanix , popular distros and popular softwares like vlc and Firefox ?
I remember there was someone ready to host Nirvikalpa from NCIT why not he host Chitwanix over http or ftp or bittorrent . I'm sure we can seed isos for sometime a day can't we ?
