Hi Team,
A warm good morning. There are a few things that I wanted to bring
to attention about documentation over the wiki.
* A lot of team pages just contains team member's name and no
activities updates (though there are updates over email). Team
leads, please encourage everyone to put updates in respective team
pages. Wiki should be a final source of all our documentation. Our
Wiki is followed by a lot of communities including SFI.
* When creating a new wiki page for SFD, please prefix the title with
"SFD2013: ". This will ensure that all SFD pages are unique and
contain common prefix.
* Put [[Category: SFD2013]] at the end of all wiki page so that all
pages are categorized.
* All child pages should have a link on their parent page.
Documentation team, please take care that wiki is properly used for
documentation. The final event report will be made out of wiki, hence
it's very crucial that we have all the information jotted down there.
