I see that dhangadi and in general the western and far western regions of nepal are much less mapped in OSM. http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=14/28.6979/80.5828 This is the state of map in dhangadi. The map of biratnagar ( http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/26.4586/87.2858 ) and chitwan ( http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=15/27.6824/84.4377 ) have been getting better but there are not much mapper who are active in western parts of Nepal. I have seen that there are people from far western who are active in this group. I guess they would be interested to contribute to the free and open source map of their place.
