Dear Nootan, and team,

Thanks for taking the lead for hosting this #hack4good hackathon in Nepal.
Its great to learn that lots of tech-community events are happening in the
town. #hack4good seems to be one another good initiative by /for the
community.

Further, it would be great if you could also share with the community about
the time/date along with the venue for the #hack4good event in this
weekend. Also, it would be very fruitful and informative to have more
information about the entire programme design plan, what are the various
activities, we will be involved in? Tentative time schedule if any the
program outcome expected.

Also, since this is a overnight hackathon, what would be the costing for
participation/fooding and other logistics stuffs? Specificially these
answers will be helpful in ensure confirmed participation.
1. Is there any Participation fee?
2. What are the participants needed to bring along with them? Is it BYOD
(Bring your Own device) kind of event?. 3. How are the participants going
to take rest during the hackathon? Are they required to bring their own
sleeping bags?
4. What will be requirement for preparing/serving meals to the participants
at the #hack4good programme? Is there any costing associated that
participants have to pay?

Pre-information on this would be very helpful to the geekers to participate
in this program.

Looking forward for a great geek event this weekend.

with kind regards

Hempal Shrestha
