I agree with Prabin dai.
The form for SFD Volunteering was of course opened a week earlier.
Those who wanted to volunteer should have filled the form within that
week. No one could have said "It's wrong" even if the community
exluded others from the list of Volunteers. But still people who had
not registered there were also accepted as volunteers.

Also, there were several emails a couple of days earlier, asking
people to check their names, and spellings + add if they are missing.
That was done because the community is ours and we should be treating
all of us equally. Those who did not reply even after those emails and
remained careless have no rights to debate today/now!!

Nishan, I guess I had talked about organizing volunteers at least a
week before the event in our Volunteers' meet on Wednesday. Just
because You were missed from the volunteers' list does not mean Your
contribution went in vain. There will be other countless
oppurtunities.

Volunteering is done with passion without expecting anything in
return, not even having our names in spotlight!
But we all get to meet awesome people and learn awesome skills. That
should be the best one can get by volunteering.
