RHCE or any other equivalent global certifications are meant to build a 
foundation for you to develop yourself as a sysadmin, it's similar to how you 
do courses on Web Development i.e, if you are pursuing a career on web 
development. Bachelor in CS or equivalent is a mandatory requirement for jobs 
(not for holding a sysadmin position), as holding such positions require a set 
of skills and knowledge other than your core competency. The Bachelor Degree to 
some extent convinces the employer of your eligibility for such a position.
