Hello FOSSians, M$P can take this "whip" contribution but in FOSS Nepal community we are not practicing this. The line "contribute a minimum of fifteen (15)" is the target sales marketing type else you are not contributing and going against the clause, so you are fired. Visitors are needed and everyone should try to communicate and make the buzzword that attract them. Contribution in FOSS Nepal are not calculated by the sum of members or visitors I made, its the belief in FOSS philosophy and dedication towards community to serve with the best way I admire where community can support or dislike it.
