Hi Sandeep, For point 1, we have just started working and haven't did much. We decided to make a contact with contact persons from different college/campus and with their coordination we will go to their college/campus with our contents. Our contents will follow the similar standard of FKK <http://wiki.fossnepal.org/index.php?title=FOSS_Ka_Kura> but not exactly FKK <http://wiki.fossnepal.org/index.php?title=FOSS_Ka_Kura>, it's somewhat like an orientation.
