Hi Nikesh, I skimmed through the document and felt that it covers most of the stuffs. I have highlighted some of the things please go through them. Meanwhile, one thing I didn't mention is there was no *Rs. *in the sponsor prices was that left out intentionally. I was not so sure of it so didn't comment upon it.
Document looks good. For readability purpose I would suggest to format the document properly using H1, H2, H3 and lists properly. Team has done good work on it.
