Hello sirs There is also another initiative called NepalVotes.com which I know since last CA election. I don't know who runs it nor anything about it. Is it possible to collaborate with them also since they also seem to be working on new site. They actively run twitter handle @nepalvotes and promoting election related news, views and information. While I am not heavy coder, I can provide server and security enhancements and help setup SSL if required. I have been running a couple of Debian VPS with LEMP configurations for few years already.
