Hello FOSSians, On behalf of FOSS members from Chitwan, i would like to inform the current leaders of FOSS Nepal Community that we will be organizing SFD 2017 event in Chitwan too as we have been doing every year. For SFD-2017 and onwards, we have discussed to make certain change in the pattern we used to do things previously. Firstly, we used to organize the SFD event in the name of FOSS Chitwan. Using FOSS chitwan banner made us sound like different organizations from FOSS Nepal community which we felt was wrong in many ways. It also made confusing to the sponsors. So from this year we will be going under the banner of FOSS Nepal-Chitwan Chapter or something like that. We can discuss about it more here. We would also like to ask for support from FOSS Nepal members to make SFD-2017 successful. If i have forgot to mention anything else i will let you know.
