Thank you Avash for bringing it up. This is quite unfortunate.
Lately, I have received high disk usage on the account and was wondering why all of sudden such spike in high usage. I will look into it during this week, maybe during weekends. We don't have to worry about the data. I have backup of old database. Currently we don't have any new updates so I didn't bother to spend more time on it. I have plans to upgrade wiki to a recent version. It's a long way. Once upgraded to the recent version, I will then move to securing it. If anyone is up for it, Lets collaborate.
