Are there sections or clause(s) that we can improve on or re-phrase them

We should add the following improvements to our code of conduct:
1. Purpose, which states the motivation and the reason for the code of conduct
of our community
2. If someone witnesses or are themselves subject to unaccetable behavior, what
should they do
3. Addressing Grievances section
4. Improvising the language used in the Consequences thereof section.
Code of Conduct is a very important part of a community. It should be clearly
communicated to the commuity.
By adding these three improvements stated above, provides and addresses the
entire community.
