Hallo Eckhard,
unmittelbar naheliegend für die Bearbeitung von Attributtabellen ist ja
erstmal das "Bordwerkzeug" der Basisinstallation: Layer in den
Bearbeitungsmodus bringen, Rechtsklick auf den Layer und im Kontextmenü
dann auf "Open attribute table" gehen. Dort gibt es bereits sehr viele
Möglichkeiten, was an den Attributen zu ändern u.s.w. ...
