Hello,

While testing color popagation on branches due to recent discussion on
the Fossil Users mailing list, I discovered something that apperas to be
a bug. See the branch here.

http://fossil.bradfords.org:8080/timeline

The color of the branch was initially chosen by Fossil with checkin
[356ea010b9]. The checkin [46687a470e] was made with the --bgcolor
option on the command line to cause just that one checkin to have a
different color. Then a couple more commits were made just to show the
color reverted to the branch color. Finally, the color for the branch
was changed by editing [356ea010b9] and choosing to propagate the color
change. But the color change stopped at [46687a470e], however, shouldn't
it have continued on with [7c301644d5]?

Thanks,

Andy
