The release checklist (aka "status board") on the SQLite website is
itself only a half-baked idea :-)  It has proven very useful for
coordinating the release testing of SQLite.  But it is a clunky piece
of software.

I created a new checklist with world-writable permissions at
https://www.sqlite.org/checklists/demo in case anybody wants to
experiment.  Simply click on a checklist item to change its value.
You can back out changes under the history page.

I would welcome alternative and better implementations of this kind of
checklist functionality.  I'm not 100% sure it should be built into
Fossil, but I'll keep an open mind.
