You have the option to view ancestry, annotate, blame and check-ins
using, but not the file's actual history.

AFAIK, you must click on check-ins using
http://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/timeline?n=200&uf=48e28e14943671f38ff81cdbdb6db93564bed895
then the file name:
http://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/finfo?name=src%2Flogin.c

Of course one could always do the URL hackry and
finfo?name=src%2Flogin.c to get the history; I'm just proposing a
short cut and enable a link that takes you to the file history.
