There's a story behind that...

in that branch i was working on a query API for th1. At some point Joe
noticed and pointed out that th1 already had a mechanism for running
queries and didn't really need a second one, at which point that branch was
abandoned (apparently without cherrypicking fixes like the args array). i'm
not sure why my th1 fork (into a standalone library) was pulled from that
particular branch, though - the query API didn't get forked with it because
that was based on fossil's DB API. Hmm.
