This should be fixed on trunk.
Yes, at least works for me on but Windows and Ubuntu builds.

It looks like these tests require "ed", which may not be available in MinGW?
And even with ed installed, they needed me to not foolishly have the
global editor set to NOTEPAD for no good reason at all. With that fixed,
they passed. Andy also fixed the test to use the local setting "editor"
rather than the environment variable EDITOR which protects against my
foolish mistake in the future.
* merge_multi-4
* merge_renames-5
I'm still not sure on these.
Both still fail on both Windows and Ubuntu.

This might be fixed on trunk as well, I'm not sure.
Yes, works for me on both Windows and Ubuntu builds.
Checkin [2e1ccc6a] modified the fossil sqlite3 command and adjusted
merge5.test accordingly. That isn't working for me on either Windows or
Ubuntu. Both tests are running out of tree. I get the error:
use --repository or -R to specify the repository database
while executing
"exec fossil sqlite3 --no-repository m5.fossil
<$testdir/${testfile}_repo.sql"
(file "C:/Users/Ross/Documents/tmp/fossil4/test/merge5.test" line 53)
It seems as if the --no-repository option had no effect at all. Both
fossils are built fresh from tip of trunk this morning.
