I found a regression in wiki.test: wiki-41 fails because fossil wiki

Fixed now on trunk.

Thanks, I merged from tip of trunk into my testing branch and ran the full suite against a build with JSON, SSL, TCL, and TH1 all configured.

I can confirm that change now passes all of wiki.test.

The tests amend-setup-failure and pre-commit-warnings-1 both fail, along with a bunch of failures in the JSON suite. All these failures have a whiff of hash names about them, and notably were not failures as of fossil-2.0 where I started today.
