I've been using it since it was branched, although my limited use cannot come close to that of fossil-scm.org. As for testing, I did run make tests and had similar results as others. I mentioned some observations about the tests requiring a clean repository in which to run. As for when it is ready... I suppose we need more feedback from those who are running the branch.
