I asked MikeR (the owner of the user docs) to add this.

OK this changed again because we got rid of syslog. Now it goes to
/var/log/fossology/fossology.log

I couldn't find this. We do refer to directly running the scheduler like
  "/usr/lib/fossology/fossology-scheduler -t"
but that is correct. All other references to the init script look correct.
