I checked your points and everything sound ok:
- RepPath.conf is correct.
- The directory is writable by fossy.
- A selftest.txt is written when the selftest agent is
run.
But, in the postgres logs, I still have:
ERROR: relation "agent" does not exist
I didn't find in the init.sql file any information related to a
agent table ?

Hi Christian,
That's a write-permission error.
Your scheduler does not have write permission to the repository
directory.
Specifically, the scheduler ran the self-test agent and the -g option
generates (writes) a test file to the repository.
Check the permissions for the directory (should be writable by group
'fossy'), make sure the scheduler is in group 'fossy', and make sure
your RepPath.conf file points to the correct directory.
