Hello Gordon,

How old of a RHEL release? Current plans are for an RPM for RHEL5 and *maybe*
one for RHEL4. Exact date of availability is uncertain. My best advice to you
to get running is to use the instructions in the INSTALL file along with the
comments I made from my experience installing on RHEL5 (see
http://fossology.org/pipermail/fossology/2009-January/000687.html and
http://fossology.org/pipermail/fossology/2009-January/000693.html).

Subject: [FOSSology] ? | Fossology RPM

I am behind a FW, and stuck on an older RHEL. I already see errors from
dependencies with yum. How long do you think before an RPM will be available?
Any info is greatly appreciated, as I am a novice and wanted to try your
product.

Mike
