This should not happen :-( and, I have not been able to reproduce it. I'll need more clues to try to diagnose your problem.
Are you able to view ANY of your uploads? Have you verified the unpack of your zip file was successful and it's contents is on your file system? Have you check the scheduler log file (/var/log/fossology/fossology.log) for errors during processing of your upload?
