Hi FOSSologists, The team at HP that works on FOSSology holds a regular weekly meeting to discuss current development on the FOSSology project. Historically these meetings have been internal to HP, since nearly everyone involved was at HP.
As the project grows, there's no good reason these meetings shouldn't be open to everyone. So I'd like to offer the opportunity for anyone to participate. The meetings are held each Thursday from 1pm-2:30pm Mountain time. Generally we establish a set agenda ahead of time. This agenda is not public yet, but it can be easily. The meeting is primarily focused on the upcoming release, and work towards that release. We review the schedule, tasks, and blocking issues. The main audience is active FOSSology developers, as we often dive into deep technical issues, but anyone is welcome. So if you're interested, please reply to me by email and I can give you more details including participant dial-in numbers and Virtual Room links. Also, I'd be curious to know if anyone would like to see a regular user-focused FOSSology event, perhaps akin to a "Virtual Users Group". Do let me know if this is of interest also.
