I currently have the application installed through the debian package, the
output of 'ls mkschedconf -all' at /usr/lib/fossology is:

-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 19788 Dec 17 22:18 mkschedconf

The directories 'usr', 'lib' and 'fossology' also belong to root:root and
are readable and executable by all. Are these the correct permission
settings?
