I didn't see a link to a patch in the mail archive. However, you are
seeing two errors, both of which are fixed in release 1.1 which should
be out (hopefully) next week. Fossology 1.1 is on RC3 and looks good
to be released. Since the release is so soon, I'd recommend waiting.
If you don't want to wait, you can use RC3.
If you are interested in the bugs, the first one with the zip file is
because of a new version of libmagic in lenny. Ironically, the new
libmagic fixes old bugs that we had worked around. Now that the bugs
are gone, our code broke. :-(. The new code in fossology 1.1 works
with both the new and the old libmagic.
The second error (DBaccess sql error) is due to us using sql syntax
that no longer works in the latest version of postgres.

but since i'am on lenny; i always fails to make it work.
