so I can help you.
1. What svn version is this?

1.1 what version of postgreSQL are you using?
fossology=> SELECT version();

2. Is there a reason you are using the trunk instead of our latest
1.1.0 version?
Yes, I install fossology a few months ago and the 1.0 version was only
available in the trunk/, and not in dowload section of your website.
Furthermore i was glad to use trunk in order to apply patch for lenny.
3. Please be aware, that while we try to keep the trunk solid and
working, there is no assurance, it will work or be solid. That is our
current development stream. We do appreciate folks using it and
finding problems.
Thanks, do you use a continuous integration platform in order to assume
trunk stability ?
4. What distro are you running on? (That will help us recreate your
problem).
For example, I am running the trunk on a lenny system using
postgres 8.3, an I do not see this problem.
