If you don't see any useful information in there, please 1) edit your postgresql.conf file to enable more verbose logging (log_min_messages = info, client_min_messages = log, log_min_error_statement = info); 2) restart the PostgreSQL server; 3) rerun fo-postinstall to generate the error again 3) re-examine the PostgreSQL log file. Please send errors from the pg log file.
