Hi Simon, I saved your zip file to my desktop, uploaded it (from the UI using "Upload -> From File") and analyzed it with my fossology 1.1 instance. I had no issues. Are you uploading it the same way? (from the UI using "Upload -> From File") If not, what method are you using? Please look at the postgresql log file for errors that might have occurred when inserting the data for your upload.
