I was uploading several gbytes of files from a server and made some

server. Where do those files live? Can I go into my file system and
delete the unwanted files?
Dave,
When you say copied over to your server, I'm not sure if that means the
files were wget'ed and then processed (partially), or just wget'ed.
For the processed files, I don't think there is an issue as the
reprocessing should overwrite them. For wget temp files left around....
check the following location:
/var/local/lib/fossology/agents/
There may be some left over wget temp files there.
