At the very least, you will need to change RepPath.conf & Scheduler.conf. Also, check these file locations: http://fossology.org/file_locations

I had previously installed it in the default location and it was running fine (after I took care of the stack smashing issue). I just did a fresh install from source on a new system, but this time I put Fossology in a non-standard location, i.e. I tried to install it in a volume labeled /audit. I've been trying to run some license analysis from "server uploads", but the agent keeps failing after a few minutes. The logs aren't showing any error messages.
